Cousin Molly has arrived!

Congratulations to Matt and Katie... baby Molly is finally here! She was born very late on Saturday, the 22nd of July. The girls are happy to have a girl cousin, and Tim and I are excited about our first neice! We can't wait until we can meet her in person, until then we hope to see lots of pictures of the newest member of the Lindstrom family. Here are the first pictures we received, isn't she beautiful!

Kindergarten is fun!!!

Kailey had a lot of fun during her first week of school. Everyday the kids wore a different color... today was orange day. In a couple of days it will be black day, so Tim felt that it was necessary to make a trip to the Harley store and buy her a new shirt. One of the things that Kailey thought was very funny was that they used noodles and glue to make their names on paper. She said it was "very silly". Also, on Friday she had "show and tell". She was supposed to bring 5 things that told the class about her. Here she is with the things she brought: a picture with her sisters, a picture of Cinderella- her favorite princess, her ballet shoes, a kangaroo toy (it is currently her favorite animal because it starts with a K, just like her name) and her race car toy. She is really enjoying school! I better go and help her with her homework for tonight ( 15 minutes of reading and tracing/copying her name).

Kailey's first day of Kindergarten!!!

Kailey went to her first day of Kindergarten today. Her school is right around the corner from the house, so we walked over and Tim gave her a ride on his shoulders. She didn't really seem to mind when we left, I think she was just so excited to start school. Here are a few pictures of her at her table. She wasn't too happy that she had to sit next to boys though, LOL! The only one who seemed to have a hard time with everything was Alexis, and she was almost in tears as we walked home after dropping Kailey off. Fortunately school is only 3 hours long, and Alexis was really happy when we got to go and pick Kailey up. Here is a video of Kailey walking out to where the parents get to pick up the kids. Her teacher is leading her class. You can see how small Kailey is compared to the other kids... all of the kids in the video are also in Kindergarten
